The British boxer is set to fight the American YouTuber in an eight round match which will be streamed live on Netflix.
British boxer Joshua stated he will "stamp all over" the American and "defeat" the American as the pair came face-to-face to promote next month's boxing match.
Former twice world title holder Joshua battles social media star turned fighter Paul - in what is, on paper, a mammoth uneven pairing - at Miami arena on December 19th.
Fighter's Attitude
"I plan to break his face and break his body up. I'm here to prove I'm superior," the British boxer, 35 years old, declared.
"I'll stamp all over him. That's how fighters think.
"I will seriously aim to hurt him. That's my goal."
Civil Interaction
In spite of these statements, a composed Joshua and social media star Jake Paul - usually known for his showmanship - were respectful and kept it respectful with each other.
Jake Paul instead attacked former Joshua's opponent Francis Ngannou and described him as "a joke" after Ngannou rejected a bout proposal.
Taking Aim at Fury
Anthony Joshua, at the same time, criticized British rival Tyson Fury - and declined a large bet 'The Gypsy King' states he will put on a Paul victory.
"[Paul] is better than Tyson Fury - he's present here," the boxer commented.
"I acknowledge that."
Serious Opponent
Despite declaring he will damage his opponent, Anthony Joshua refused to comment unfavorably about his opponent's fighting skills.
"Jake Paul is a legitimate boxer," he said.
Paul's Background
Jake Paul - who originally gained popularity on the television network - has mainly boxed MMA fighters or declining opponents since turning professional.
He was defeated by British fighter Tommy Fury in last year.
Commercial Success
Nevertheless, the novice remains one of the sport's largest money-making draws, frequently receiving substantial earnings.
Prediction and Belief
The 28-year-old forecast a stoppage in rounds four or five and claimed he would stop the highly-expected Fury-Joshua bout, which is reportedly in the works for two years from now.
"It will be my match with Fury next year," Jake Paul stated.
Physical Disparity
As both boxers engaged in the traditional confrontation, with their size difference on show, it emphasized just how surprising this entire matchup is - and how amazing it is that the fight is truly going ahead.
